👉 आज हम बात करेंगे Patient Rights 101 की – यानी वे ज़रूरी अधिकार जो हर patient को healthcare system में मिलते हैं।

🧐 Patient Rights क्यों ज़रूरी हैं?

जब patient अपने अधिकारों को जानता है, तो:

• उसे safe और respectful treatment मिलता है

• Healthcare providers पर accountability बनी रहती है

• Patient खुद की health journey में active role निभाता है

🔑 Patient Rights – हर किसी को पता होना चाहिए

1️⃣ Right to Information ℹ️
Patient को अपनी बीमारी, diagnosis, treatment plan और दवा की पूरी जानकारी पाने का हक है।

2️⃣ Right to Consent ✅
किसी भी treatment या surgery से पहले patient की written permission ज़रूरी है।

3️⃣ Right to Privacy 🔒
Patient की reports और medical history confidential रखी जानी चाहिए।

4️⃣ Right to Emergency Care 🚑
Emergency situation में patient को बिना discrimination के treatment मिलना चाहिए।

5️⃣ Right to Second Opinion 🩺
Patient किसी भी treatment या diagnosis पर दूसरी opinion ले सकता है।

6️⃣ Right to Respect & Dignity 💙
हर patient का इलाज बिना caste, gender या financial status के फर्क के सम्मानपूर्वक होना चाहिए।

अगर patient को treatment या staff से समस्या है तो उसे शिकायत करने का अधिकार है।

👉 लेकिन patient ने अपने Right to Information का इस्तेमाल किया और detailed explanation मांगी।
